Ra. One (also known as Ra.1) (Hindi: रा.एक or रा.1 or रा.वन) is an upcoming Hindi science-fiction superhero film directed by Anubhav Sinha. The film, which features Shahrukh Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Rampal, will be produced under Khan's production company, Red Chillies Entertainment.[4] According to Khan, "Ra.One" means "Random Access - Version 1.0".[5] The film was scheduled to be released on 3 June 2011,[6] but was later pushed back due to extensive post production work.[7] The promotions of the film are to be conducted extensively within a long period of 7 months starting with the release of the film's first teaser late March. The film is set for release on October 26, 2011.
